babyREFLUX offers great value shipping. All orders are dispatched within 24 working hours; fully tracked and except for large items/orders are shipped for next day delivery at £3.95.

• Orders received Mon – Fri by 14:00 will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next-day (including Saturday).

babyREFLUX use the Royal Mail Tracked Next Day^® service for most orders but occasionally we will use Interlink Express.

Orders can be shipped to an address anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses. We have full UK, Channel Isles and Isle of Man coverage.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours from when the order is placed. Please note delivery timescales are from date of shipment from us and not date of order placement. Although all orders are dispatched for next-day delivery babyREFLUX can not be held responsible for any occasional delay that may occur during transit. We guarantee that all items will be sent using a next-day delivery service but cannot guarantee the timely delivery of each and every item after they have left our facilities.

Please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery to Northern Ireland, UK Off-Shore Islands and Scottish Highlands. More remote locations may take 2-4 days to deliver. No extra charge for Saturday deliveries for £3.95 orders!

We will allow you to nominate a ‘safe place’, where the parcel can be left if you are not at home when delivery is attempted. This could include a place on your property such as garage or shed or a neighbours house.

If you order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, your order will be sent for next day delivery. If you order anytime after 2pm on Friday up to 2pm on Monday, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order!

All packages are tracked during delivery to ensure their speedy and safe arrival.

The cost of Next Day Delivery is £3.95 for all standard orders. The cost will increase to £5.95 for large orders and oversized products e.g. the Cocoonababy. You will see the cost of delivery in your basket prior to checkout. We can not deliver on Saturday for the larger £5.95 orders.

If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

NOTE: Your order will be returned to us if not collected from the Post Office within 5 days.

Should a package be returned to us undelivered by Royal Mail you will be liable for a return charge of £3.95 to cover the shipping back to babyREFLUX.

European Delivery (Non UK)

Delivery to Ireland starts at £5.99.

In addition to Ireland we can deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.

The fee for the above non-UK European countries varies between £5.99 and £19.99. Please also note that any customs duty/charges will have to be paid by you (the customer) on receipt of the goods (if applicable).

Prices for each country are available when you place your items in the store basket.

Free Delivery for Smaller Items

• Free postage offer only applies to items that are being delivered to a UK address.
• Items ordered using 'Free UK Postage' will be delivered by Royal Mail Second Class post.
• If non-free items are included in the order then there will be a standard delivery charge confirmed at checkout.
• Customers wanting next-day or faster delivery will have the option at checkout.
• Free postage offer can not be used retrospectively.
• The items you order will be delivered in one consignment, they cannot be delivered separately.
• All deliveries should normally take from 2-5 working days.
